l Write a number in the book + each student only gets one book

Teacher jackets - Sept 22 nd

Lunch for teachers-  

Lunch for students- payments this week, but service will start Mon Sept 22, in sha Allah

Give teachers list of students who paid for lunch

Student Uniforms -  6-11 by Mon  lower school by end of month

Student Supplies

l All papers and whieboard markers deliver to Mme Sarr’s office

Lesson Plans- due today- 8 am only 5 teachers-  lower school teachers (grade level curriculums recieved late Sunday night)  ASAP for LP

Lounge Does not have internet_ NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP

Give out samples of soaps, toothbrushes, etc  have lesson planning centered

Role plays -  examples - btween dirty and clean 

Fire men come as public health experts- and  for fire drill

Ebola film showing, in the lobby AND CLASSROOMS

First aid kits available for all classrooms

Install soap dispensers in ALL bathrooms

Make gloves available - preschool classrooms and for emergencies

OTHER BUSINESS -  

When will we have another photocopy machine ?

Cleaning of the whiteboards with bleach - every weekend a necessity
